As your counsellor, your emotional and mental well-being always comes first. I truly value that you are one of a kind, your story, your way of seeing the world, and how you experience things are entirely unique to you. My priority is to make sure you feel safe, accepted and completely at ease in our sessions, just as you are.
Working in a Person Centred and Experiential way means I won’t walk ahead of you or lead the way, instead, I’ll walk right beside you, even down the difficult or painful roads. I’ll be there with you through every part of your experience, listening, understanding and holding what matters to you.
